(no subject)

i really should work on the pattern for my pants, but i am very not motivated.

went to fencing, didn't fence, had fun sitting around. i stopped by fresh fields on the way back and bought one of each kind of raspberry lambic they had (three different brands!) and a lindemann's cassis, and sushi and an olive roll and candied ginger and a chocolate chip scone. i'm good at this whole "impulse buying" thing, aren't i? :)

i was hoping vitha would be there so i could ask her to alter my yelek for me... it's too tight under the arms and i'm really not sure how to fix it - some sort of gusset, is as far as i got. and in any case, she would be able to take it apart and sew it back up *much* faster than i could. i'm hoping she'll be willing to help.


does anyone know of a good sushi place in the northern virginia area? i would like to know by tomorrow so i can have dinner there in the evening. :)


i should post in the sca group to see if i can find a ride to pennsic... i also need to post to the ponte alto list and find someone to pass a message on to the merry rose.

no work tomorrow. i'll be going to the stitch and bitch and hopefully i'll have my pattern done at least by then, if not my fabric cut.
