metropolis wasn't very good. sushi, however, was very good. they had flower rolls, which are tuna, salmon, avocado, and masago. mmm. the waitress gave joel cheater chopsticks after watching his first efforts.

what's up with livejournal? is fotobilder eating bandwidth or server time or something?

pattern for pants is cut, and vitha said she'll put gussets in my yelek for me. yay! maybe i can convince myself to get the fabric cut tomorrow. if i divide everything up nicely, theoretically i can get this done by next week. then i have to do my fencing shirt. :P

along with metropolis we got dogma and 10 things i hate about you, both of which i've seen before. i think when we return these we'll pick up "the one", as i am in the mood for some kicky punchy fighty action.

also i am in the mood for sleep.

ah, the yearly "attempting to foist my sewing projects off on my friends" has begun. it's pennsic season. :)

are there any plans to make livejournal not stupid again any time soon? or is it just my internet connection that's being stupid?

this is exciting - i bitch about lj being slow, and brad tells me what's going on! heehee. (oh, and brad, i updated my website again. and yet, strangely, there's nothing new....) also, the pied cow (it's on belmont and... 30something, i think) is open till 1am and is just as good as rimsky's only you can actually find a place to sit.
talking about brad feels like talking about meeting the members of great big sea. except programmers are hardly the same as canadian folk musicians.

bed now. except i have to clean two loads of laundry off of it first.
