Feb. 12th, 2003 04:26 pmah, 100% packet loss. i don't know how i even stay connected to trillian. finally remembered to call the help desk while it was open, got a guy who didn't know what i meant by "packet", but he's currently calling his supervisor so maybe something good will happen. ooh, only 96% loss this time! and it looks like i get a low priority trouble ticket. need to appropriate my neighbors' computers and see if they're having the same problem or if it's just me. and i've got 94% loss on the third try.
today smells like spring. makes me want pennsic. i need to make more middle eastern clothes, they're perfect for pennsic. cause, you know, desert clothing. and the desert is fucking hot during the day and fucking cold at night. much like pennsic. asim, want to help me out? i've made some yeleks, but i'm not sure how the sleeve and armscye are supposed to go, and how full it's supposed to be around the hips and hem. i've done persian stuff, which is the narrower profile, if i recall correctly. also, need info on shoes and pants.
fencing tonight, then angel. got some pictures from rebecca and discovered that i photograph fine outdoors, but turn shiny and bright red and close my eyes when photographed indoors. sushi on friday. it will be a very good valentines day. :) light tech rodeo tomorrow, in which erick sabotages equipment and we have to fix it faster than the other groups.
i feel restless.
