more functionally, my box from england arrived! i have my new shoes again! it contained: some miniature cat statues, my new shoes, my new sarong, the chronicles of narnia, some other books that i'd brought, my new silver bracelet, my sweatshirt and some socks, presents for stark, jon, and magnus, knit garters, 3 cds, 3 boxes of dark chocolate teacakes, and some other cookies. yay! now i'm out of room in my bookshelf, and i have 8 more cds before i'll be out of room in my big cd case.
anyone know how professional references (ie supervisors) are supposed to be listed on a resume? do i include company *and* position? phone number *and* town/state? i was going to send off my resume yesterday, but i forgot, and then i realized i didn't have references on it.
apparently my uncle donald will be in centralia for a while this month. i need to find a time to go visit him. today i might be going to fencing (albert is busy this week, but i have other people i can ask), thursday i will most likely be driving stark to work and then going to first hill to attempt to pick up my new desk. wednesday maybe goth coffee?
i'm bad at being poor. i understand it when i'm grocery shopping, but i don't *really completely* understand it until afterwards. eventually it'll sink in and i'll be able to buy groceries more appropriately. i really wish i knew the difference between a good price and a normal price for produce, though. or even just what the normal price is.
