Dear Bakingweb,

Phyllo, puff pastry, pie crust: which type of dough would be best for me to use in making single-serving huckleberry turnovers? (Note: I can make pie crust but I'd be buying the others pre-made and probably frozen.) (Side note: I has a bukkit of red huckleberries.)
