SCA cooking
Aug. 19th, 2009 06:45 amI'm weeding my bookshelf, and I have three cookbooks I thought I'd try out on you guys before I unload them at the used book store:
Fabulous Feasts: Medieval Cookery and Ceremony by Madeleine Pelner Cosman
To the King's Taste: Richard II's book of feasts and recipies, adapted for modern cooking by Lorna J. Sass
To the Queen's Taste: Elizabethan feasts and recipes, adapted for modern cooking by Lorna J. Sass
Both the Sass books are signed by the author, to my mother. Another reason I'd like them to go to a friend instead of the bookstore. (And yes, Mother, I am certainly willing to give any of these back to you. :))
