whee. took me 2.5 hours to write 4 pages. yay for easy writing. it would have taken even less time if i had a longer attention span, and didn't have obsessive refresh syndrome. the funny thing is that livejournal kept distracting me, and livejournal was the topic of the paper. and now i sleep. okay, so now i print and get ready for bed and check email and livejournal two last times, and *then* sleep. bah.

you can tell when i really, really need to do laundry: i start wearing nice clothes, having run out of even the ratty clothes. today i was wearing a short sleeved velvet mock turtleneck and slacks. because the pants were brown and the shirt was green, amanda said i looked like a commando. note that she doesn't say this when i'm wearing my cargo pants. people are strange.
also, i figured out why my slacks feel different from the rest of my pants: the waistband sits on my natural waistband. most of my other pants, the waistband sits just above the bottom of my ribs.

i'm going to bed now, i swear. no really, any minute now. good night. :)
