(no subject)
Apr. 7th, 2002 10:34 pmwell, that was a weekend. i depend on the internet so much, and spending a few hours at my grandmother's - basically making me off the net from friday night until aurafice saturday night - really screwed up communication. never got to talk to evan because i didn't know he was planning on talking to me until i saw it in his post at aurafice, at which point my email was down so i didn't know any details. never did get in touch with him in time. :P but i talked to tobey and we hung out, and paige says there's a chance i could work there sporadically during the summer. maybe i have a better chance because joe skipped town to go to hawaii for an unspecified amount of time. which means i don't get the cds he burned for me. :(
anyway, did a lot of driving and not a lot of getting lost, which is always nice. i drove nana to the store because her eyes have been too bad to drive. i discovered that she has a tab at the pharmacy. amusing. we had dinner, i put my laundry in, and then i headed out to get tobey and go to the aurafice. as mentioned, i didn't effectively get in touch with evan, but i headed to kieth's when tobey left for the merc, and made it there with no problem. i got a very long backrub, which was good, even though kieth is currently retarded. also he let me watch invader zim. doom!
didn't get much sleep (backrub ends, kieth says, 'wait a minute, it's not 5am really, is it?') but was actually awake when i woke up. took kieth on errands, and felt very cheated that the pet store had only an empty ferret cage. bah.
back to nana's where i discovered that i don't actually have all the buttons to put on my doublet, and i got my clean laundry, and helped her do manual labor stuff. next time i visit i have to bring fresh coriander leaves and a watch battery.
and now i have to do homework. :P yeeuw.
