so it turns out there's not just one extra yoga class, but three. friday afternoon, sunday evening, and wednesday morning. don't know if i'll ever make it to the wednesday one, but the sunday and friday ones i should try to go to.

speaking of which, i didn't go to the friday class tonight. stayed up late playing daoc, was awakened by IT telling me that my packet loss is because p2p networks use up all the bandwidth, and once all the bandwidth is gone packets will just start disappearing into the void (anyone who has experience with this, please let me know if that was a plausible excuse), went back to sleep, and was awakened at 3 by amelia telling me they were leaving for uwajimaya. oops. along with the sushi stuff, i got some gyoza, some squid jerky (which smells bad but tastes pretty good), and some edamame. oh and a present.

the sushi was very good, although the eel tasted kinda scratchy and i didn't really like the octopus. and the shellfish whose name i forgot wasn't so good either. all the normal stuff was really good though - various combinations of salmon, tuna, avocado, cucumber, and flying fish roe. mmmmmmm. and i learned how to make rolls, which was cool, although i still don't know exactly what goes into the rice. and amelia made miso soup and vegetable tempura. there was some sort of squash that was really good in the tempura.

and then we sat around for several hours, being amused and appalled by cosmo, and listening to jodi and cristina tell stories. both of them have very interesting families. :)

light hang tomorrow starting at 10, and i might stop by the demon game if it's still going around 5, and then casino night if i can figure out how to tack up the hem of my green dress. maybe i'll bring it with me to the light hang and see if i can get someone to let me in the costume shop.

two days till stark! even if he is a sick stark who i will fawn over and coddle, instead of a boisterous stark who will want to do active sorts of things.
