well, i turned off my alarm this morning without ever opening my eyes, and by the time i woke up, it was halfway through class. so i went back to sleep. woke up in time for t&d and discovered when i got there that all afternoon classes had been canceled for a campus lecture. so i turned in my sancta susanna proposal (which may be incoherent, but is damn cool), figured out some performance services stuff, learned who to bitch at about the parking ticket on my account, and now i'm back here doing nothing. whee.

power went out briefly, and my first thought when it came back on was, "ooh, now i can play daoc cause the network will be less congested!" and of course the outage itself was an excuse for me to stretch my legs, refill my brita, and go to the bathroom. and my computer clock was 7 seconds slow.
