i have almost-not-moldy english muffins with homemade huckleberry jam and YOU DON'T. ::grin::

spent some time talking with keith about the game, earned a point of willpower for getting someone assassinated, and discovered that all of the archangels are associated with just about everything. so much for getting the symbolism 'right'. also discovered that i want to read 'many waters' again. so many books i should have and don't anymore - and i want to use them for reference! well, sort of.

i got 'outed' to my grandparents - they now know i'm an agnostic and haven't been to church of my own volition in over 2 years. my dad is apparently the warped brother, and brion is the sick and twisted one. i guess it's genetic, then. :)

i really wish i had a syllabus for social theory... part of the reason i never do the reading is because i'm never sure what the reading is. but i shall find out! also i shall make matt's computer slow by stealing a gig or so of anime! yes, i believe that is what i shall do.

i locked my room when i left in case i know someone who likes practical jokes.

eeeee! i'm so excited. :)

despite the fact that i got <6 hours of sleep last night, and forgot to do the reading for theater, and then had a reading quiz when i got to class, today is great so far. i actually got one of the quiz answers right, and i got to class early instead of late (because i was rushing when i got up - thought my alarm had been going off for 10 minutes or so but it hadn't.
but the good stuff! we got midterms back today. for the record, steven doesn't generally grade highly on essays - as one of my friends puts it, it's common to get back a paper that says, "great job, you make some excellent points. c." but! i got a b on the (less important) in-class section, and an a on the take-home essay! this is after getting an a- on the last paper i wrote for him. i guess he likes my writing style. and it's even better because now i probably don't have to worry about failing the reading quiz. :)

and *then*.... i got a package in the mail from my mom. lots of junk mail, and the official notice that my name and device have been registered, and a white dress shirt that fits perfectly, and TWO BOXES OF THIN MINTS. i'm so stoked. even the fact that i don't know what the social theory reading is can't get me down.
