nifty guest speaker in methods - she's part of a team of anthropologists working for intel, and travels around visiting people's homes and asking about their lives, so intel can make stuff that people will actually use. i wonder if i could get a job like that with just a bachelors degree.
japan was outside, since it was sunny. i read the wrong assignment so i was kinda lost. then we watched... two to tango? i think that's what it's called.

theater ran out of money so i can't get workstudy credit till wednesday. so i get a little free time. :) i've eaten another third of a stack of thin mints, even though i said i wouldn't. those things are evil, and so good.
i need to read durkheim and the rover, and figure out something to talk about during fencing. i'm thinking of not continuing it this semester, because there are only 4 weeks left, and my proposal for funding gets looked at next week, and then there's shipping time. feh.
played a game of kohan in which i turned on my ally at the end. apparently he'd been settling cities the entire game - i had to take 27 cities before he died. geez. but i had 20 armies of elite guards and bone reavers and shadow beasts that just munched all his armies. much fun. :)
there appear to be two 8th place sluggy contest winners. very strange. and speaking of sluggy,
( buffy and sluggy, together at last )
